The blood The cuts The memories all flow to the surface Smothering in me in my own doubt Suffocating me And driving me away from the ones I love No longer sure of anything Falling in the abyss of hatred that has been created My thoughts revolve around the one thing that I can never have The one thing that might save me from my despair The knife that will end this pain

Chained down and constantly tortured By my thoughts It is worth it anymore What is the reason Wouldn't be easier to just run away And forget about all of it Run away from the pain The shame The death From the one I love Wouldn't it be easier to just be with Jacob And all the others that have gone before And just let my pain finally end

My thoughts center around one thing In my mind I only see one thing One thing is all I want Blood I want to feel the warmth of it running across my skin To hear the tears being wept through the cuts on my body How I long for the blood to flow And wash away everything The pain The suffering I can't take this anymore All I want to is to feel the knife gliding across my skin I long for the metallic taste But is it worth it?
